My name is Joe Brock. I founded Clear Compass Consulting with one focus in mind: to drive organizational excellence and individual achievement through coaching. Over the course of 30 years I’ve worked with small businesses and Fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson, McGraw-Hill, and Abbott Laboratories. Specializing in the areas of leadership development, training design, executive coaching and team dynamics, my purpose is always to help each client chart their own unique course towards profitability, long term growth and sustainable success.

I coach companies, providing innovative sales & sales management training platforms as well as customized leadership development processes. Working independently or in conjunction with a network of associates throughout the United States, I help companies succeed by developing their most valuable asset—their people!

I coach individuals to help them develop more effective processes in their personal and professional lives. Using an approach that addresses the whole person, I help my clients uncover blind spots, reevaluate goals and build an action plan for the rest of their lives. I believe coaching is the single best way to help people realize their full potential and take control of their own destinies!
